Are you looking for an opportunity to break into politics? Want to establish lasting connections and gain campaign experience? Would you like to work with Members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus?
CHC BOLD PAC’s Tony Cárdenas Internship in Politics Program is designed to give individuals substantial exposure to politics on a national level by helping to build and grow the political arm of the Democratic Hispanic Members in the House and Senate.
CHC BOLD PAC is dedicated to increasing the diversity in the House and Senate by supporting Latino and Latina candidates running for federal office across the country. BOLD PAC is made up of 42 Members of the U.S. House and Senate. BOLD PAC is also committed to increasing opportunities for Latino and Latina young professionals in Democratic politics, and is excited to sponsor an internship to help bridge the gap.
Who are we looking for?
- Smart, energetic, and fun individuals who are interested in gaining experience and involvement in politics.
- Individuals with an interest in supporting and electing more Latinos and Latinas to the U.S. House and Senate.
- Individuals interested in learning how to work with media firms to create digital content.

The Tony Cárdenas Internship in Politics is full-time and based in Washington, DC. The start date is Tuesday, June 2nd, 2025 and the end date is Friday, August 8th, 2025. Start and end dates are flexible, especially around academic calendars.
This is an internship with a maximum stipend of $1,200 a month, based on the length of participation in the program. Part-time internships may also be available.

- Hours: Full time
- Compensation: $1,200/month stipend plus $50/month transportation stipend
- Location: Washington, DC and Hybrid
